- Dual straight blades cutting, especially suitable for precision fiberglass boards, aluminum substrates and copper substrates.
- Guillotine-type operation, applicable for PCBA boards with thickness within 1.0-3.0 mm and cutting stroke below 1-3 mm, ensuring absolute operational safety.
- The internal stress generated during cutting is minimized to avoid solder cracking and damage to precision components.
- The distance between the V-cut edge and components shall be ≥ 3 mm.
- Cutting rate: 1 cut per second, controlled by foot pedal pneumatic switch.
- Equipped with counting function for intuitive production capacity display.
- The cutter set is passively activated, allowing safe control of the cutting line and position; low cutting stress, not prone to cracks.
- Non-roller (non-cutter wheel, non-moving blade) cutting, no dust, no motor drive, no carbon powder pollution.
- Non-friction cutting, no metal residue from tools.
- The service life of the blades is up to 600,000 cycles under normal use.
